Almost half our guests arrive slightly nervous — and leave slightly evangelical. If you have never had a professional massage, here is the whole visit, minute by minute, so there are no surprises except how good it feels.
Arrival: tea and a talk
Come ten minutes early. We hand you warm herbal tea and a short form about health notes, injuries and preferences. Your therapist then asks three simple things: where it hurts, how much pressure you like, and what you want to skip. There are no wrong answers.
The room: warm, dim, yours
The table is heated, the light is low and music stays soft. You undress to your comfort level in private — most guests keep underwear on — then slide under the sheet. Only the area being worked on is ever uncovered.
The massage: speak up anytime
Pressure, temperature, music, silence — everything is adjustable mid-session. “A little lighter on the shoulders” is the most useful sentence you can say. Falling asleep is common and taken as a compliment.
Afterwards: land slowly
We never rush you off the table. Water and tea wait in the lounge, and your therapist shares two or three stretches matched to your tension spots. Drink extra water that evening and expect the glow to last days.
